Nije dovoljno imati Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, kampanje i izve\u0161taje ako podaci nisu povezani u logi\u010dan sistem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvi sloj strukture \u010dine izvori podataka. To mogu biti ogla\u0161iva\u010dke platforme, web analytics alati, e-commerce sistem, CRM, payment gateway, email marketing platforma i interna baza podataka. Svaki od tih sistema vidi samo deo korisni\u010dkog puta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drugi sloj je definisanje klju\u010dnih doga\u0111aja. PageView, ViewContent, AddToCart, InitiateCheckout, Purchase, lead submit i druge akcije moraju imati jasnu ulogu. Ako se ne zna \u0161ta svaki event zna\u010di, analiza brzo postaje nepouzdana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Va\u017ean deo strukture je razlika izme\u0111u poslovnih i marketin\u0161kih podataka. Marketing platforma mo\u017ee pripisati konverziju kampanji, dok backend sistem potvr\u0111uje da li je porud\u017ebina zaista nastala. Oba podatka su korisna, ali ne slu\u017ee istoj svrsi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dobra analytics struktura mora imati izvor istine. Kod prodaje je to obi\u010dno backend prodavnice, CRM ili payment sistem. Marketing alati poma\u017eu da se razume put korisnika, ali finalna poslovna vrednost mora se proveravati kroz realne podatke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segmentacija je slede\u0107i va\u017ean deo. Podaci se mogu posmatrati po kampanji, kanalu, ure\u0111aju, publici, tipu stranice, proizvodu, jeziku, lokaciji ili funnel koraku. Bez segmentacije, prose\u010dni brojevi \u010desto sakriju konkretan problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marketing analytics structure treba da uklju\u010di i funnel logiku. Nije dovoljno gledati samo finalne kupovine. Potrebno je pratiti gde korisnici ulaze, gde se zadr\u017eavaju, gde odustaju i koji koraci najvi\u0161e uti\u010du na krajnji rezultat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pouzdana struktura mora re\u0161iti i problem nepoklapanja podataka. Razli\u010dite platforme koriste razli\u010dite modele atribucije, vremenske prozore i tehni\u010dka ograni\u010denja. Zato cilj nije uvek identi\u010dan broj, ve\u0107 razumevanje za\u0161to se brojevi razlikuju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izve\u0161tavanje treba da bude prilago\u0111eno odluci koja se donosi. Vlasniku biznisa naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e treba pregled prodaje i tro\u0161ka, marketing timu performanse kampanja, a tehni\u010dkom timu informacije o eventovima, gre\u0161kama i tracking stabilnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marketing analytics structure omogu\u0107ava da se podaci pretvore u upotrebljiv sistem.
