Dobra pozicija ponude smanjuje neodlu\u010dnost i pove\u0107ava \u0161ansu da korisnik nastavi ka konverziji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Blog \u010dlanak:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Offer positioning je jedan od klju\u010dnih elemenata funnel optimizacije. Nije dovoljno imati dobar proizvod, uslugu ili popust ako korisnik ne razume za\u0161to je ponuda vredna pa\u017enje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prva uloga pozicioniranja je jasno\u0107a. Korisnik mora brzo da shvati \u0161ta se nudi, kome je namenjeno i koji problem re\u0161ava. Ako mora previ\u0161e da razmi\u0161lja, poredi ili tra\u017ei obja\u0161njenje, funnel ve\u0107 gubi deo njegove pa\u017enje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dobra ponuda ne govori samo o karakteristikama, ve\u0107 o vrednosti za korisnika. Umesto da se nabrajaju tehni\u010dki detalji, va\u017eno je objasniti \u0161ta korisnik dobija u praksi: u\u0161tedu vremena, sigurnost, bolji rezultat, jednostavniji proces ili konkretnu korist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pozicioniranje mora biti uskla\u0111eno sa fazom korisnika u kojoj se nalazi. Hladna publika \u010desto prvo treba da razume problem i vrednost re\u0161enja, dok toplija publika mo\u017ee biti spremnija za cenu, dokaz kvaliteta i direktan poziv na akciju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cena je va\u017ean deo offer positioninga, ali ne treba uvek biti centralna poruka. Ako se ponuda zasniva samo na popustu, korisnik mo\u017ee odluku vezati isklju\u010divo za najni\u017eu cenu. Bolje pozicioniranje povezuje cenu sa vredno\u0161\u0107u, poverenjem i razlogom za kupovinu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kod landing stranica, ponuda mora biti vidljiva rano. Hero sekcija treba da prenese glavnu vrednost bez previ\u0161e teksta. Kasnije sekcije mogu dodati detalje, dokaze, pore\u0111enja, garancije ili dodatna obja\u0161njenja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedan od \u010destih problema je pre\u0161iroka poruka. Ako ponuda poku\u0161ava da govori svima, \u010desto ne poga\u0111a nikoga dovoljno jasno. Bolje je precizno objasniti kome je namenjena i u kojoj situaciji je posebno korisna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Offer positioning treba da ukloni sumnju. Korisnik se \u010desto pita da li je ovo pravo re\u0161enje za njega, da li mo\u017ee da veruje sajtu, da li je cena opravdana i \u0161ta se de\u0161ava posle kupovine ili prijave. Dobra pozicija ponude unapred odgovara na te dileme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CTA mora biti prirodan nastavak ponude. Ako je poruka usmerena na brzu kupovinu, CTA treba da bude direktan. Ako je ponuda kompleksnija, bolji CTA mo\u017ee biti zakazivanje poziva, pregled detalja ili po\u010detni korak bez velikog rizika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Offer positioning je uspe\u0161an kada korisnik bez napora razume vrednost i slede\u0107i korak.
