Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i uzroci su fatalne PHP gre\u0161ke, konflikt plugina, problem sa temom, nedostatak memorije, pogre\u0161na PHP verzija ili o\u0161te\u0107ena CMS konfiguracija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

White screen je jedan od najneprijatnijih problema na produkcionom sajtu, jer korisnik \u010desto ne vidi nikakvu jasnu poruku o gre\u0161ci. Stranica se jednostavno ne u\u010dita, admin panel mo\u017ee biti nedostupan, a uzrok nije odmah vidljiv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prvi korak je proveriti da li je problem potpun ili delimi\u010dan. Nekada bela stranica poga\u0111a ceo sajt, nekada samo administraciju, odre\u0111eni template, checkout, jedan plugin ili konkretnu URL adresu. Obim problema poma\u017ee da se br\u017ee prona\u0111e uzrok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i uzrok je fatalna PHP gre\u0161ka. To mo\u017ee biti nepostoje\u0107a funkcija, konflikt klasa, nekompatibilan plugin, gre\u0161ka u temi ili kod koji ne radi na trenutnoj PHP verziji. Zato se white screen debugging skoro uvek po\u010dinje pregledom PHP error logova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kod WordPress i Joomla sajtova \u010desto je problem povezan sa pluginom, temom ili ekstenzijom koja je nedavno a\u017eurirana. Ako se bela stranica pojavila odmah posle update-a, poslednja promena je prvi kandidat za proveru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nedostatak memorije tako\u0111e mo\u017ee izazvati belu stranicu. Ako PHP proces ne mo\u017ee da izvr\u0161i zahtev zbog memory limita, sajt mo\u017ee prestati da prikazuje sadr\u017eaj. Ovo se \u010desto de\u0161ava kod te\u017eih page builder stranica, velikih WooCommerce procesa ili lo\u0161e optimizovanih pluginova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ako admin panel nije dostupan, problem se \u010desto re\u0161ava direktno preko fajlova. Privremeno preimenovanje foldera problemati\u010dnog plugina ili teme mo\u017ee vratiti pristup sajtu i omogu\u0107iti dalju dijagnostiku kroz CMS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Va\u017eno je ne gasiti nasumi\u010dno sve komponente bez plana. Na produkcionom sajtu svaka promena mo\u017ee uticati na korisnike, checkout, forme, SEO i tracking. Bolji pristup je prvo prona\u0107i gre\u0161ku u logovima, zatim izolovati sumnjivi deo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PHP verzija mora biti deo provere. Stariji kod mo\u017ee pucati na novijem PHP-u, dok novije ekstenzije mogu zahtevati verziju koju server jo\u0161 ne koristi. Privremeno vra\u0107anje kompatibilne verzije mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i u stabilizaciji, ali nije dugoro\u010dno re\u0161enje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cache mo\u017ee dodatno zbuniti dijagnostiku. Bela stranica mo\u017ee ostati servirana iz cache-a \u010dak i nakon \u0161to je uzrok uklonjen. Zato posle intervencije treba proveriti server cache, plugin cache, CDN cache i browser cache.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

White screen debugging je uspe\u0161an kada se ne ukloni samo prazan ekran, ve\u0107 se jasno identifikuje uzrok.
